“Empowering employees involves providing staff with the necessary knowledge to advance their careers, as well as the opportunity to use that knowledge. Whether that's sitting in on a project team meeting, providing use cases about previous designs that they may not be aware of, or helping them prepare the meeting agenda, there are a number of ways to provide the experiences to staff that they will need in order to advance their careers.”

Mohammad is an active member of organizations such as Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC), Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI), and the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES). He is currently working with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) to develop the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Code for Buildings.
