A dynamic and supportive environment greets our new employees. To promote camaraderie between our disciplines S+A organize internal ski days, golf days, summer picnics, pub nights, bowling nights, and other events. The S+A hockey team plays once a week throughout the winter (currently at St. Michaels Arena). Various other sports teams are put together with less formality, but just as much enthusiasm, throughout the year.
We work hard - We play hard. For some down-time our "Play-Pen" room features TV, Wii, Fuseball, and Darts or staff also relax in the lunch room/lounge or at the "Coffee Bar".
