As the Mechanical Associate-in-Charge of our Toronto Building Assessment and Improvement Group (BAIG), Chris has nearly 20 years of experience with the investigation, evaluation, design, and operation of building HVAC and mechanical systems across all building types. 

Chris focusses on system upgrade measures that support both energy conservation as well as future flexibility for clients. An active member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Chris is well-versed in the evaluation of repair alternatives, repair design, specifications, cost estimates, contract administration, and construction review. Chris's specific and direct experience with preparing reserve fund studies and performance audits sets him over and above as a leader in the field of building assessments.
