It's a way of working she applies throughout the design and construction process, allowing her to deal effectively with scope changes and unforeseen conditions, while still providing client satisfaction. With over a decade of experience in a range of market sectors, Estella's detailed and hands-on approach is a strong asset – both in her previous scope where she managed fast-paced retail and office designs, and now as she moves into the world of design-build and P3 projects.

An active member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC), Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), and the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), Estella is always looking to enhance her skills and continue to apply her excellent client communications for future projects with Smith +Andersen.
