A proactive project leader who can produce quality work within tight timeframes, Raymond continues to advance in his mechanical career at a rapid pace. He began at Smith + Andersen as a co-op in 2016 with a keen interest in the early stages of schematic design. This passion has continued, and he constantly goes above and beyond to produce progressive designs from the earliest stages of a project.

With an ever-growing list of experience that ranges from small tenant-fit ups to massive redevelopments, he has gained expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and sustainable design. Raymond is also a member of the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), as well as Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC). Open to challenges and collaboration, Raymond designs for today’s needs with tomorrow in mind.
