A detail-oriented professional who shows an unmatched level of care for his projects, Justin strives for perfection when it comes to his design work – and lifts others up with him. He understands the importance of building rapport with clients and team members alike, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative solutions to meet client goals. 

Justin started with Smith + Andersen ten years ago as a co-op student before joining us full time. Since then, he has not only grown proficient in electrical design and project coordination with the company, but has also proven his leadership acumen by managing multi-million-dollar projects across the civic, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Most recently, Justin's experience has expanded to include new aquatic centres, such as Strathcona Gardens in Campbell River and Golden Aquatic Centre.

Justin enjoys collaborating with industry professionals, and is a member of Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC) and the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC).
