Michael has designed attractive, efficient, and functional mechanical solutions for base building and building improvement projects for nearly three decades. His experience in the commercial, residential, retail, and institutional market sectors reflects a broad knowledge of mechanical systems and a well-honed ability to keep complex, schedule-driven projects on track. In turn, he motivates team members to seek out creative solutions that also maintain budgets and schedules.

Michael believes success on a project begins with clear and frequent communication. He prioritizes understanding client needs, aligning the approach to the technical level of clients, and building strong, collaborative relationships with the entire team to support project success. In addition to his vast project experience, Michael is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
